Frank's Concrete Co

I had had 5 estimates from local concrete companies before I decided to go my project with Frank's Concrete. initially I was planning to have a 16' x 16' concrete patio due to my budget, but with Frank's concrete, I could get a 20' x 20' of fabulous California finish patio without breaking my budget. Frank is the guy who loves his job, and He does the best for the job. Frank is always busy, and you might not catch him by phone, but he reply to your email promptly... so be patient.

These guys are fabulous. They are total pros. I spent a lot of this past week watching them because what they were doing was so fascinating. They had to drill for the piers very close to my well line in two spots and I was really nervous about that but my well company came out and marked the locations and the were able to work around it. They did crack a section of my sidewalk but we knew there was a good chance that was going to happen. I was forewarned. My contractor, John Sabel, had recommended them to me and I'm so glad that he did. They cleaned up after themselves well but I will still have to seed areas of the lawn because of the heavy equipment - that's not a surprise. In addition to being the best of the best, they were really pleasant guys to have around. Disclaimer: If you want to hire them, get on their schedule and don't be surprised if there are delays. These guys are busy because they are good and they're not going to rush through one job just to get to the next one.

I was deciding between a room and a patio. So, I started collecting quotes. He gave me an estimate and he was very quick about it. He didn?t come out; he sent the estimate through e-mail. I sent an e-mail and I got a quick response from him. I am still deciding if I should a room or a patio done. I will use his services again in the future.

They were very professional, showed up and completed the job on time and within budget. Highly recommend them!

THE OWNER IS ON THE JOB WORKING ALONG WITH THE CREW. THE CLEAN UP WAS GREAT. THEY DID GOOD WORK AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE DURING THE ESTIMATE PROCESS, HE CAME WITH PICTURES OF OTHER WORK AND HE WAS WILLING TO GIVE REFERENCES.
