Dave was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel like I had no worries. Also they quoted the job 400.00 less than many. They were always cleaning the floor as they were in and out and had no problem maneuvering the old and new water heater up and down the very narrow staircase that was almost impossible with ease. "Well. I have a sewer backup system that Permaseal installed in 2012. Never had a problem with it and it solved my sewer backup problem. I am supposed to have it inspected annually. I skipped a few years by laziness. They inspected this year. All was in order. They did however recommend that I replace a pump that is beyond its expected useful life and also batteries that are beyond their life. Those will be done in September or October. At same time I asked them to look at a floor drain in an unfinished portion of my basement. Water had come up. They diagnosed that my kitchen sink was backing up into the floor drain and fixed the problem by rodding the pipe under the floor drain. They were prompt and efficient. I also arranged to prepay for 5 years of servicing."

"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. All the way around – sales, customer support, install teams – outstanding. If you have an issue with water in your home, please consider US Waterproofing."

He got us on the schedule quickly, and the work was done promptly. In three days they had installed a new brick paver wall, completely reset and properly leveled our paver patio, trimmed/cleaned up all planting beds and put down new mulch. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work.
