"Service call went very well. Anthony D. and Brandon arrived promptly and were very courteous. I explained to Anthony what services were requested and discussed quote recd ( including discount) for services from office. Anthony assessed fireplace and explained what needed to be done and then he went up on roof. Anthony explained about issues with chimney stack and he shared pictures which were very helpful for me to see what needed to be done. I requested photos of before and after work done on chimney stack be sent to me, Anthony said they would be sent. I'm very pleased with Anthony's communication about recommendations for fireplace and chimney and for his work done on the chimney. I am very pleased with Brandon's work on the interior fireplace. I would highly recommend this company and team Anthony and Brandon!"

"Derrek and his guys were great to work with. They were all courteous and took pride in their work. They addressed all of my concerns and didn't rush through my job. They did however finish in a timely manner. When they were finished, the cleanup was so good, you never would have known they were there.
