"Great! Josh our sales rep was knowledgeable and low pressure, ensuring we got our questions answered so we had the right product for our needs and price point. The team of two installers did a terrific job and left no mess! Our new windows looks great and function even better."

"What a wonderful experience!!! I own a cleaning business and must say that this company is 1. on time, 2. super friendly 3. quiet while at work 4. trustworthy 5. completely efficient. A team of 3 gentlemen came to my home and worked until the job was done. Any concerns I had, was addressed - they went far beyond of regular window cleaning and put everything back together. From windows to tracks to screens and storm windows. EVERYTHING was impeccable. As mentioned, we clean about 250 homes and I would definitely recommend this company to any of my clients and will have them back in the springtime. There is nothing better then clean windows after a 3 months long construction. It completed the beauty of my home. Thank you so much Noe. Petra"

"The installers are at least as important as the brand of windows. I have had windows replaced by other companies before. None were as qualified as Murphy's. I interviewed over 15 other window companies for a large job, 12 town homes. Over $170K+ in work for our condo association. Murphy's was the only company willing to go the extra step to earn our business. They presented detailed drawings and worked with the window manufacturer to come up with a solution for our complex. The owner Jimmy was professional, prompt, and honest. He is truly a man of his word. His team led by master carpenter Dave was on time, professional, and very respectful. It is rare to see such skilled craftsmen today. They tore out and replaced windows systematically and on time. Most importantly the work was done correctly to a very high standard. The work was impeccable. They went above and beyond the scope of the project. I highly recommend Murphy's."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Everything was done and fixed accordingly. Repair guy was pleasant and listen well. Overall, good job."

"Company installers appeared when scheduled and worked in a very professional manner.  They removed the old roof and had it hauled ioff the same day. The new roof was installed during the course of the next two days,  The roof was trimmed off and caulked to prevent leaks.  Unlike the old roof, the new one has not leaked anywhere since we have had it over the following 4 months.  The work on the new roof was skillfully done and with precision.  The workers did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was completed.  My overall opinion of the repair job was - EXCELLENT.  Quite frankly, our enclosed screen-in patio looks better (in fact, much better) than when it was first installed 35 years ago.

One final note, I was really impressed with the Senior Designer on the project.  When he initially visited with us to give us an estimate on the project, he gave us some really creative suggestions for repairing the concrete floor which had a rather large crack down the length of it. We took his suggestion, had the floor repaired by a concrete contractor and the floor now looks brand new.  Without his suggestions, we probably would still be looking for a solution to the problem.  I am grateful for his services above and beyond what was required on his part."
