"I have used Murphy's three separate times to replace doors and windows in my home, and I plan to use Murphy's and only Murphy's in the future. The staff are experienced professionals who are knowledgeable and courteous. They take the time to understand what you want and work to provide just that. These are not pushy sales people or amature carpenters; the craftsmanship that is put in to the installation of each piece is wonderful. To date I have had two exterior doors with screen doors, double entry with screen doors, and two sets of casement windows. I plan on replacing 9-12 windows in the next month with Murphy's and I know I will be pleased with the results."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Company installers appeared when scheduled and worked in a very professional manner.  They removed the old roof and had it hauled ioff the same day. The new roof was installed during the course of the next two days,  The roof was trimmed off and caulked to prevent leaks.  Unlike the old roof, the new one has not leaked anywhere since we have had it over the following 4 months.  The work on the new roof was skillfully done and with precision.  The workers did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was completed.  My overall opinion of the repair job was - EXCELLENT.  Quite frankly, our enclosed screen-in patio looks better (in fact, much better) than when it was first installed 35 years ago. 

One final note, I was really impressed with the Senior Designer on the project.  When he initially visited with us to give us an estimate on the project, he gave us some really creative suggestions for repairing the concrete floor which had a rather large crack down the length of it. We took his suggestion, had the floor repaired by a concrete contractor and the floor now looks brand new.  Without his suggestions, we probably would still be looking for a solution to the problem.  I am grateful for his services above and beyond what was required on his part."
