If we had questions, the workers would stop immediately and with a smile, explain what was wrong and show us the corrective action that was being taken. Sometimes the workers would call to us to show us what they had done. At the end of each day, we got a tour and a thorough explanation of the work completed and what would be next. Each day the furnace ran less and less. We also noticed the house is much quieter and feels warm and cozy. The work was completed on time. We thought the price was very reasonable. The workers were all very friendly, courteous and respectful. We are very happy customers and highly recommend this company."

They did not clean up very well. I found at least 8 nails on the ground & some insulation was left in the garage. Had I not swept the floor I probably would have Gotten a flat tire.
