"I requested quotes and met with a number of companies. By far, I enjoyed meeting with John. He was informative and thorough at our meeting. Given the information provided, and our own research, I also felt as though our values matched up nicely. So much so, that we planned on using EDI services, given the quote was reasonable. However, we were never given our quote. We were strung along by a series of emails, and then received no more responses. I have tried many times to reach out for the quote, and after that, to inquire as to what happened. Again, no response at all. Now, after waiting so long, we have to start the entire process over again, and as it is October, we essentially have no hope of getting a new roof this season. I really hope our current last through the winter. This is entire unprofessional behavior, and I grow so weary of companies that make promises and do not fulfil them. We should at the very least be treated with enough respect to be given an explanation as to why they cannot or will not perform the work."

"Working with Val and Flo was an absolute pleasure! I had them come in to frame out our basement, hang the drywall and do all the trim work. Val and Flo were prompt, professional, flexible and transparent through the estimating process. When the work began, Flo was always very organized, let me know of issues or decisions that needed to be made, gave me enough heads up to be able to make decisions with enough time and was overall very professional. The site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. The end result was fantastic work and we would absolutely hire them again for any type of home project. Both Val and Flo communicated very well about scheduling and everything was finished ahead of schedule and on-budget."

"Todd installed three new interior/exterior doors for us. Two of which are steel and fire rated, and the third is a larger, entryway door, with sidelights. All of the doors look beautiful, they open and close perfectly, and the air leaking we had with our old doors, is gone! Thank you, Todd! He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. They showed up on time, quickly understood the 6 various house projects I needed done, picked up the right equipment for the tasks, split up the tasks and got to work.
