Andy patched four areas of drywall for us that where either a hole or tape was peeling. This type of a repair is more of an art than science and Andy did a great job. Additionally, we had rotted plywood on some baywindows on the exterior of the house that Andy replaced. Andy does very nice work and is very clean and professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for handyman services.

Andy completed a variety of jobs in and around our house, such as changing chandelier light bulbs, replacing shingles on the roof, adding insulation to our attic, and replacing cracked boards on a stairwell. He demonstrated honesty and professionalism, while providing quality workmanship. I would recommend him to my friends, and I would hire him again.

All went well. Andy responds quickly to emails and is prompt and professional. He painted trim on garage, patched and painted plaster walls in the house, put quarter round on the kitchen floor, fixed a broken vanity drawer in the bathroom, etc etc. Jack of all trades kind of guy.

Andy was a very personable and sincerely nice guy. He was very knowledgeable about this type of work and made quick time of it. He made sure i was happy with the install and even gave me some pointers on another project I was doing in the House.

Andy did advise us on what was needed. We had to buy wood, arrange for delivery, care for refuge removal and paint replacement wood. Andy quoted a labor price but didn't return an overpayment.

"I am sorry that you were disappointed in my services. The original bid was $195, the charge was for the skirt around the deck, and I came back to repair the rotten the stair skirt that was not included in the original bid. I tried to look up the original bid when I was there and my phone was not loading the information, so I remember saying it was $200-$250 for the work. I am happy to refund the $55 that you overpaid and would never intentionally mis charge a customer, my apologies. I asked if you wanted me to get the materials and it seems you wanted to pick out the boards used. I offered to dispose of wood, but you declined. I do not normally paint during projects because of drying time or weather issues, so I give the homeowners the opportunity to do so, to save time and money on the projects. I take pride in my work, and I deeply apologize for any miscommunication and will mail a check for the difference asap. I am always happy to help in anyway, and if you need anything else please let me know and thank you."
