"Bob was super responsive in meeting with us and helping design the garage. They will make custom garages. We wanted a room built into our garage to shelter some feral cats we take care of, and they were willing to do that. They also installed a cat door that we purchased. They build good garages. Our old garage was falling apart, as are many others in the neighborhood. We wanted a garage that would last. All of the crew were highly-skilled and tremendously courteous. The quality of work at every stage was excellent: preparation of site, concrete pour, framing, roof, finishing/gutters. They took extra care to do things right. The job did take longer than expected. Part of that was due to issues with the site (excessive mud under the old garage that had to dry out and additional site preparation) but it seems the COVID pandemic generated a lot of home projects - we were in a work queue. Demolition started mid-September and garage was completed early January. (Our furnace guy had a similar situation with a different garage builder, so it wasn't just this company. We learned to be Zen about the timeline - it was less stressful that way.) In the end, we have a beautiful garage that should last for years. Very pleased."

We came up with 3 different designs and decided to move forward with the boldest option and removed the wall between our small kitchen and dining room. Sal's team helped us nail down the materials and cabinet selection. The contruction took a a bit longer than we thought and Sal's team has been up front with timeline and kept us up to date with progress and potential issues. After we removed the wall, we didn't install another beam and keep the ceiling flush. It really opens up the space and leaves us much more space for a large kitchen island. It's a dream kitchen for our family and we cook almost daily, so it's important space for our home. Sal's team executed the plan really well and paid attention to details. They kept the rest of the house generally clean and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The final product turns out excellent!"
