Jeff guided us through the inevitable ebbs and flows, from variances and permits to tear down and construction. When we hit a couple challenges, Jeff helped us navigate the issues and keep the job on track. We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. "Salvador and his team are great. His not only our contractor but also our advisor helping us visualize our new kicthen with renderings. We came up with 3 different designs and decided to move forward with the boldest option and removed the wall between our small kitchen and dining room. Sal's team helped us nail down the materials and cabinet selection. The contruction took a a bit longer than we thought and Sal's team has been up front with timeline and kept us up to date with progress and potential issues. After we removed the wall, we didn't install another beam and keep the ceiling flush. It really opens up the space and leaves us much more space for a large kitchen island. It's a dream kitchen for our family and we cook almost daily, so it's important space for our home. Sal's team executed the plan really well and paid attention to details. They kept the rest of the house generally clean and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The final product turns out excellent!"

"The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the whole basement (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, storage, play area, tv area and bar/kitchen in addition to building it out. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work are impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built all the shelves and wine rack in the bar area and built a frame around the chalkboard paint int he kids area. They stayed on schedule unless there was something out of their control holding them up (I had some issues with the countertops). I would highly recommend this professional team."

They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks. They worked with our lender's consultant, appraisers, inspectors and the village building department to give us a beautiful new home on time and within budget. The owner was in contact throughout the process and continues to answer questions as they come up. The owner is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this pro."
