The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

"We had a wonderful experience working with KSRP Construction! From initial contact to job completion, communication was always very prompt and concise. We were needing to build a wall to close up our loft (to convert into a bedroom) and KSRP provided fair pricing, were quick and efficient and got the job done right. "Claudiu Curescu of RC Brothers Construction is an amazing contactor. I had interviewed three contactors. The first one just said some cost figures verbally for my repairs. The second contractor hand wrote some cost figures on a sheet of paper. Claidiu produced a truly professional online estimate on his letterhead and detailed the work requested and the related cost as an estimate. He was by far the most professional. His painter iand crew are superb and use high quality Benjamin Moore paint. They are all very clean and clean up throughout the process. They took down my wall hangings and painting then after rehung them without any damages. There was no damage to my furniture. The tile guy and his partner created a beautiful look and the work was first rate quality. The carpet guy upgraded my new carpeting too. It’s a besutiful carpeting. Claidiu’s two brothes are involved too. One brother does excellent electrical work and figured out and fixed a complicated electrical issue. "

"Michael has not shown up for the 10am appointment per Giovanni who contacted me yesterday and scheduled the appointment. It is now 11am. No one call or follow up at all. Waited for an hour and no show. This is not how business works. Can't trust your company already since you can't even committee a simple appointment. Very disappointed and waisted my valuable time. Please don't call my number anymore. I would give no star but not an option. Highly NOT recommended!!"

"Called Angie's lost got these guys for a minor floor repair. Signed paperwork paid a deposit and then I changed myind the next day. Ask for my return deposit minus the 10% charge. Never recieved ot now we are in court!! Do not trust these guys they are cheats and thieves!!"
