"The overall experience working with Paul and his team was excellent.  When Paul visited our home to give us a quote he was very personable and gave us good design advice.  The quote was in the middle of the three bids we got from contractors but Paul was much more responsive than the lowest bidder and I think the price was fair.  Paul continued to be very responsive by email and phone throughout the project, emailing me pictures at times to help me understand what I needed to get from Home Depot, etc.
The remodel itself went very well.  Paul and his team members arrived promptly each day and were very considerate throughout.  The bathroom itself looks great.  On the last day of the job I paid him the remainder, they left, and then I realized that there was no shower rod installed.  I had not discussed this with Paul (and hence hadn't bought a shower rod) but he very kindly came back a week later and mounted the newly purchased rod to the wall.  I appreciate him seeing the job through until I was completely satisfied.
My wife and I considering remodeling our kitchen in the next year or two and will certainly be in touch with them.

"As usual Jody and Terry did a great job. We needed our kitchen, powder room, utility room and back hallway updated. The guidance they gave us with regards to picking everything out, where to go, etc. made everything go smoothly. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space.
