"Several years ago, we needed new oak flooring installed in two large rooms and have the rest of the home's floors sanded and refinished. IC Custom Flooring did all of the work and the results are amazing. The new flooring blends perfectly with the old floor both in fit and color. The workmen were prompt, courteous and extremely skilled. They moved and replaced all of the furniture as needed and left the worksite spotless, and all at a very fair price. Recently, we changed the hearth on our living room fireplace which exposed a large patch of 58 year old flooring. Since the old flooring had never been refinished, it was discolored with age and not level with the surrounding floor. Once again we called IC Custom Flooring. A workman came out, and in just a few hours, he had sanded, leveled and finished the old floor which transformed a problem into an invisible repair. These guys are great. "Home Repair Fraud. Theft by deception. We got a new floor and the installer said his brother was the field estimator and was authorized to remove the "Kitchen Cabinets"? We never wanted cabinets from a flooring company, But they targeted the owner because she is 91 years old and took them. Months later we got them back from the ex-con and hoodlum they sent to rob the owner totally destroyed and had to pay another $1300 to get them back. We feared for our safety because they wanted to know if the house was for sale and what types of cars we were driving. They prey upon the elderly. Do not use this company unless you have a criminal attorney on retainer. Stay away from DeSitter at all costs."

"I am so pleased with the help that we received from American Carpet Distributors! We had a burst pipe in our basement that got our carpet and padding wet. We had to throw out the padding but managed to save the carpet. Larry responded so quickly and was so easy to work with. He stopped by the house the same day I called him and took measurements to replace the carpet padding. A couple days later he sent out a very friendly and hardworking crew to replace the padding and lay our old carpet on top. It looks and feels brand new. I am so pleased that he was so promp to help.
