Better than I expected! This was all brand new to me. I had just purchased my first home and it required a bit of tlc! I was excited and overwhelmed. Chuck made every part of the experience, easy and a bit fun! Chuck and his crew were knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish; selection, payment, scheduling and installing. I came home from work and my new carpet was installed! It was beautiful! Stairs, two bedrooms and landing (second floor).

The guys came and worked all day and into the night in order to get my upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and stairs looking beautiful. The flooring turned out great, and it cleans up nicely and we’re thrilled. Additionally, We had hardwood installed in our kitchen and into the living room. I would recommend My Floor Hero to anyone. They did a great job; no issues, no drama.

A carpet had to be removed first. They did so quickly and carefully. Then the carpet was laid and stretched and secured. They vacuumed all debris and were careful to not do any damage. They suggested I paint 1st and I’m glad I did. I was also given several choices of types of carpeting to choose from depending on my budget for the project. I highly recommend you give them a call if you are looking to carpet your home and have it done beautifully and correctly.

We recently had the carpet replaced in our family room and the carpet runners on our double staircase in our front foyer. The carpet looks fantastic. Specifically, the options provided when we selected the runner for the staircase and the flawless installation transformed those areas of our house.
