hello i am john and i am the owner of the company i want to tell you that am the guy that does the work , so no subcontracting ( i am not going to take your money and send some one else in to your home to do the work). Short version , i will treat your house like i would treat my own , that will include in some situations i will advise you to go with a different suggestion than the one you have in mind , if that will improve the quality of the project. From my experience every option needs to be explained to the customer in detail , in order to reach the best possible outcome that will accommodate your budget and the structural design of the project . Some times because of the nature of existing structure in the house ( like sub floor material , room size , light intensity etc , or if is an apt were the condominium association has their own set of rules in regards with what kind of work can be done in the unit ) we may have to work a lot with the customers in order to find the perfect solution that will bring the desired look . So communication and trust are needed to achieve the end goal..

I called Ioan on a Tuesday, he inspected the stairs on Thursday, and by Monday, demolition began. He worked diligently for 2.5 days, and the finished product is beautiful! Ioan was even able to give us a wider tread for safety. We should have done the stairs 6 years ago, when he first suggested it! Ioan is skilled, professional, and mindful of the mess. There was very little for me to clean-up once the job was done. Highly recommend his craftsmanship!!"
