"We called Superior Chimney to clean and inspect our chimney and gas fireplace and clean our dryer vent. Technicians Patrick & Lou called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were very friendly and explained in great detail what they would be doing. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very respectful of our home, wearing boot covers each time they came into the house. "Anthony was spectacular. We had Top Hat out to inspect our three gas fireplaces and our chimneys. After removing the vermiculite and spent ash from the bottom of the fireplaces to clean and inspect, Anthony identified that prior to our purchase of the house the fireplaces had been improperly converted from wood to gas. One fireplace did not have a fire box, one fire box had been improperly installed and the third was made from gerry rigged materials that were not fit for purpose. One of the the black pipe connections was made without pipe dope/sealant. One fireplace had a crimped supply line. One fireplace had a 12" bar for a 24" fireplace which was intended to be a starter for a wood fire, not to be used to run a continous gas fireplace. All three posed CO2 hazards. Anthony photographed everything for us, fully explained the issues and remedied all. He was polite, thorough and efficient and fairly priced. Highly recommend Anthony and Top Hat!"

Rob seemed knowledgeable and personable even the first time he showed up for the initial evaluation and quote.
