"Dealing with Peter is the absolute worst. He doesn’t communicate with you at all. After trying to get the written quote from him, he told us he could start in about a week. ( we were in no hurry, he could have started in 3 months as long as we had a start date.). After one week I reached out, I was told he would call that night, never called. The next week I reached out, I was told he would call, he did not. Finally I threatened to re-bid project, and they called within an hour, and said they would start the following Wednesday. They didn’t show up. I called again and they said they would absolutely show up on Monday. I told them if not, they would not do the job. They started the work, but I have had some questions, but there is no one who can answer them, and Peter does not follow up. These people were recommended, and I think they do good work, but not worth the aggravation. Too many floor guys out there and having to threaten to pull the business is not how I want to work with people."
