I'm a sole proprietor. On very rare occasion, I may need to sub-contract a portion of your repairs. I'm centrally located along the shores of Lake Shelbyville, my shop is just SE of Findlay. Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.

She explained all the aspects of the difference choices in flooring several times to us which helped with our decision. She kept in touch with us throughout the installment to make sure things were going smoothly. The installers we had were polite and also very professional. Made sure things were put in the right way. "Terrible. Floor boards replaced and they looked great originally but eight months later the floor is sinking and mr. Sandless says there is nothing they can do. Paid $1200 and the floors don’t look any different. The best part of the work was the board replacement and now that’s a loss. Would never hire again. Rude to my wife…yelling “ I ain’t moving no stove”. Just awful but we endured it hoping to see floors that were shiny and beautiful…going to just replace entire floor."
