"Wes M came today to do my annual ac inspection. He was courteous and thorough. I have issues with the ac so we talked about options. I am going to have a follow up visit to discuss prices. The service today was as I said courteous and thorough. I look forward to working with Wes M again in the future."

"Knowledgeable, skilled, efficient. Answered all my questions thoroughly and courteously. Swept the floors when he had finished cleaning the furnace and air ducts. I will recommend him for this service to anyone. His cleaning has helped our allergy problems tremendously. I will call him back again."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"On time, the job took 1.5 hours as discussed. Did not make a mess with the dust from vents. The dust is contained in a vacuum box. Air feels clean to breath.😁"
