"11/04/18 I am changing this review. One of the things they did was cut off the bottom of the sliding door so it would slide easier. The work was done in August. I didn't notice until fall / winter, there was no weather striping and the wind was blowing in, actually snow was blowing in. I had to have a new sliding door installed which I did 2/22/18. I never did hear back from them about the balances for the double-hung windows. Very prompt service. I contacted them Tuesday, August 22, 2017, the sliding door was repaired the following Monday. Alex explained the repair (it needed a new track) and why it was needed. The double hung window needs new balances, Alex is checking into the part. I was very happy with their work and will recommend them to anyone who needs a sliding door repaired. I had contacted 3 other companies. One said it couldn't be fixed, buy a new door; one didn't respond; and one was to busy to handle the repair now. I am thankful Sliding Door Repair Service was able to help me. They did such an excellent job!"

Every contractor was miles and miles away. Since you are so desperate to get business, you try to send people from WAY to far away. Some wouldn’t come to my house but quoted over the phone, distance added wait time for me and where I would be required to see the product , it was a ridiculous distance for me to drive. Even this contractor mention cost if gas I his final price. Never again!"
