It went perfectly. Mike called me back right away and was actually here a little early. He knew exactly what the problem was and completed the repair in really cold weather and the door works perfectly now. He was incredible to work with, very professional. I would suggest him to anyone having garage door issues.

Mike the owner did a great job. He first spent some time trying to locate repair parts for our very old opener that failed and then installed a new one. My wife was gone with our car and when she returned I could not sync to the opener. I called Mike the next day and he stopped by to assist. All the way around excellent service.

I cannot say enough about Mike. Our garage door spring broke at 5:30PM on Friday night and I called on Saturday morning about 10:30AM just to see if I could secure an appointment for Monday. Not 20 minutes after we set that up, Mike called back to say he would come by today (Saturday) to get the door back to working order. And that he did Honestly all I can say is that if every repair person I called could be not only as prompt as Mike but just call me back at all, my house would be in perfect shape. Mike responded right away and immediately verified that it was time for a new opener. He made a fair quote and then he and his son installed everything in less than 2 hours. Both were very friendly and were very efficient in getting everything installed and configured to my wi-fi. Additionally, they installed a new rubber weatherstrip since the old one was ragged and worn out. I would highly recommend Mike and his son Kevin for any garage door or opener install or repair.

Went through the Angie's List Portal, and Mike from Veterans Overhead Doors called me within 15 minutes. When I told him I thought the spring was broke, he quoted me a price for repair, and was able to come within two hours of my call. Mike replaced the spring and got my garage door working again in less than two hours. All for the price quoted over the phone minus an awesome Veterans discount.

The tear out and install went very quickly and they cleaned up and put everything back to normal afterwards. During the initial consultation Mike recommended the right type of door for our detached garage and didn't try sell us a model we didn't need for our application. Very professional and courteous, and they don't take any shortcuts. They specialize in commercial overhead doors as well, I will be calling them soon for installing two overhead doors for an addition at a machine shop I work at. They also support U.S. military service members and veterans which is a big plus for us. ????

Mike and his crew were onetime and ready to work. They made quick work of removing my old door, rails, cables, spring and opener. They installed the new door, opener, sensors, rails and spring quickly and were very caring of my belongings in the garage and driveway. This company was one lucky find for us. Garage door was not opening late Saturday afternoon. My husband researched companies and found Veterans Overhead Doors in Addison. He called and they were at our home promptly Sunday morning. Very professional and reasonable. We were given a Veterans discount. Needless to say, we are telling our friends about this fine company. Garage door opener was replaced with a new LiftMaster (by Chamberlain), model #8355, belt-driven. It comes with 2 remotes, the keypad for outside, and the "doorbell" button at the garage entrance to the house. Mike gave me the quote by phone. When I decided to schedule them, they were available for the install in a few days (I wasn't in a hurry - the old unit was still working). During the installation, Mike and his son adjusted and lubricated the garage door as well. They installed the keypad where I wanted it. Then they took the time to help me set up the HomeLink button in my car (vs using the remote). My car is older, though, and requires another part from HomeLink for that to work. They did great work and were easy to do business with. I would hire them again.

I have used vendor before and when I called he was on another job but could be here in 1.5 hours. Arrived and assessed problem right away,he and his son worked on door for almost 2 hrs. fixed cable problem,adjusted spring tension and tested door operation.Works like new.

EXCELLENT! Especially considering the current rules for living with the COVID virus, Mike made it extremely easy on me to get my garage door running smoothly once again. He made all the necessary repairs and maintenance, always checking with me along the way and showing me what had caused the problem. He was on time, pleasant, efficient, and I felt his price was very fair. I have already promised to call him next spring for a check-up to avoid having another problem in the future. One of our cables was very frayed, which could have led to a much more expensive repair. Outstanding. Mike did a thorough job tuning up the garage door, tightening up loose bolts, and piling the parts at needed t be oiled, etc. He also explained the doors operation and wha watch out for. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to mu neighbors and family.
