Accurate did a complete replacement - the door, tracks, and opener. Worked quickly and was respectful of the items in my garage. At the end, I was assisted in setting up my car with the opener system. Very happy with the quality of the work that was done and the communication throughout the process.

Accurate Garage Door Service responded quickly to my request for free estimation of my project. The installation process went quickly as well. The only problem I had with them was the timing - they're booked and we had to wait for almost 2 weeks before our door can be installed. But I would recommend him again.

Pros: Darrell contacted replied immediately and it was apparent he was very knowledgeable, made some good suggestions to help with the new lifts but also how to reduce some of the noise from the doors. The crew took the old equipment after installing the new lifts and the nylon rollers have made a huge difference. Darrell is following up and making some final adjustments to the tracks to make sure everything is working properly. Cons: Confusion on the type of lift we got but acceptable. Should have clarity on what was sold. Crew left behind all the trash and carboard boxes.

Darrell provided me estimates over the telephone for the repair BEFORE I scheduled an appointment AND he did not charge me a fee for the estimate. He is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, prompt and provides the very best value. He repaired my 2 garage doors for less than the quote I received for repairing 1 of the doors. I WILL DEFINITELY recommend Darrell to my neighbors, friends and family.
