Recently, I noticed a chip in the tub floor, probably from a dropped bottle, and that in some spots the caulk had separated. So I contacted them again to schedule a time to repair it. Again, our technician Jorge, the same person who did the original work, was right on time, exceptionally polite, and completed the work efficiently. In fact, he was done in about 30 minutes.
