"Marcin was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. His recommendations for our shower replacement really helped us. He thoroughly went through all our options and helped us fine tune our decision. His pricing was very fair and he demonstrated a sincere desire to make sure that were were happy with our decision. His work was outstanding and he even corrected some floor issues that surfaced to make sure that there would be no problems down the road. Marcin laid down a tarp throughout our house and in the bathroom work area to keep things as clean as possible. He also kept us up to date as the project progressed. He also pointed out that because our walls weren't squared, he had some difficulty aligning the shower door. IMO most contractors wouldn't bother to point this out. We love our shower, but after a little over a week, we felt that the shower door wasn't quite right and was "catching". Now talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We called Marcin and told him we thought the door wasn't quite right. His business is 30 miles away from us but he showed up the very next day and had a fix for the door, which now opens and closes perfectly. We love our new shower as it's a big improvement over our prior one and we highly recommend Marcin and DeLuxe Bath."

"We've had experience with renovations in the past, and this was by far our best experience. Frank was transparent and good at communicating. We stayed completely on budget (aside from a few things we added at the end), and the timeline for the most part was met as promised. (We were aiming to be done by Christmas, and aside from the cabinet crown molding and 4 drawer faces, everything was done). Chris, whom did most of the work in our kitchen, was fantastic. Personable, great workmanship, and provided suggestions and input based on his experience. Frank and Chris were also very easy to work with as we wanted to own some of the design elements but needed the helping installing them - i.e. farmhouse sink, backsplash, lights, island design, etc. Frank and Chris were clear about the specs that needed to be met, we purchased the items, and then they installed/built them. It was an easy partnership, and we would work with G&G Kitchen and Bath Restoration again."

"I called Top Bros Construction after finding them on Angie's List. I recently bought the house and needed some remodeling & upgrades done. They returned my call promptly and came to my house 2 days later to look at the work needed to be done. There was much work to be done & they (Jose, Cesar and their father) listened patiently to what my husband & I wanted done and made suggestions. After getting several estimates we hired Top Bros. The work included removing carpet in the spacious family room, installing hardwood flooring & feathering in the new floor with the old floor in the adjoining kitchen, staining & finishing floor and painting the 2 story living room. The open staircase was wood going upstairs which they also refinished but carpeted going downstairs to the lower level. The stairs going down had to be rebuilt as they were not made of oak treads like the rest of the stairs. In the lower level they removed carpet, leveled the cement floor and installed approx. 1000 sq ft plank porcelain tiles. As the home was vacant, they were able to get there early and spent all day. Cesar, Jose and their workers were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to help us move some items when they realized we could not move them. The hardwood floor is beautiful and you can not tell were the old joins the new. The tiles in the lower level are gorgeous. I have already told them that as soon as it gets warmer I have some exterior work for them including installing a new sliding glass door."
