Now we hear that he has opened a new company and would advise anyone to look up western luxury pools. There are many lawsuits against this company and we were taken advantage of. It was a complete nightmare experience that took twice as long as it was supposed to, wasn?t completed per design/plan and then they refused to even finish the job. They left us with open trenches in our yard and mosquitoes brewing in an algae hole and charged us over $94,000 to get us to the point of this picture attached. All I can say about any business attached to John Del Rio is, run!"

AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."
