Elite Overhead Door was the best overall experience when I had my garage door replaced. I live out of town so I needed a responsible and trustworthy company for my house in Boise. They were amazing from the start. A real person answered their business phone and was very polite and intelligent. The door needed to be shipped and they knew exactly where everything was in the process. They kept me updated on progress on the day of installation. The installer was thorough and experienced. And fast! I asked for additional features above and beyond what he had available and Michael came out and personally made sure the door was to my highest satisfaction. He made me feel like I was his top customer. I highly recommend this company for any of your Elite Door needs. I can tell this company is well run and professional, top performance, and great customer care.
