The person at Tucker's informed me that if it is making the noise I described, it quite possibly will be cheaper to replace the machine (Tucker's does sell appliances ,but did not try to sell me one of theirs). I, again, am impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff at Tucker's. I have been a customer of Tucker's in the past and will continue to use them for my appliance repair needs. On more than one occasion I have taken nothing more than a small part, such as a knob from a stove, and the staff was able to tell me what it came from including make model and range of age to with in a couple of years

- R C WORST COIn March our water pressure tank stopped working (Amtrol INC). I keep all invoices and warranties so I looked it up and noted that we were only 2 years and 10 months into our 3 year warranty (that doesn't happen often). I looked on their web site and noted the service providers for warranty work (all inclusive). We picked R.C. Worst as they had installed it originally. We called and made an appointment, being the slow part of the year they were able to come out later in the day. That's when the fun started. Our tank is located in our basement and my husband, who stayed home from work for this, guided the man down. As the man was working on it he broke a pipe. Big mess and didn't offer to help clean up. He also didn't have pipe, glue, fittings etc to repair the broken one. My husband did have the necessary pieces in our garage. He gave them to the worker AND helped properly fix the pipe. When the worker was done he handed my husband a bill for $414.44. To say we were shocked is an understatement. He stated (also reiterated by his boss when we called) that the tank was warranted but not the work. We paid the bill, but were very upset. On closer inspection we noticed that the worker actually charged us for parts to fix the pipe. The parts WE GAVE HIM TO USE!!!!!! If we'd had known this we could have bought a tank for $200 and installed it ourselves. Beware of R.C. Worst co. their name says it all..... they're the WORS
