Installed tankless water heater connected to natural gas line. Following installation, we smelled gas on several occasions. At first, he said that was just residual from the install. Came back once and said that he didn't smell gas, he smelled something else. I asked him to use his gas sniffer, but his was not working and that he would have to order a battery for it. (Who works on gas lines without a gas sniffer?). Frank was adamant that the plumbing was fine and that the problem might be with the water heater itself. Called Rinnai and they said the water heater is sealed and that the only possibility for a leak is in the connection to the plumbing. Called Frank back but didn't hear from him for a while, so I bought a natural gas alarm and it went off. Called Frank back. He came with a new sniffer, and found the leak in a joint in the wall that was not tightened enough. Had to cut the wall out to get to it. He repaired it but the whole process took a few months, left us with a potentially dangerous situation, and delayed install of cabinets under the heater. Won't use Elite Plumbing again.

Called Frank yesterday & of course he fit me on today. He was right on time as usual! It took Frank only about 30 minutes to remove faulty disposal and replace it with new! Happy customer! Thank you!

I went into my garage for the first time in about three weeks to discover decent amount of water on the floor. Since my water heater was 30 years old (it was here when I moved in), I figured it was time to have it replaced. I got some estimates and read all the reviews and decided, mainly because of Angie's List, to hire Elite. I sent Frank an email asking for an estimate. He replied pretty quickly, indicating it would be about $800 (this was about on par with 5-6 other estimates I received). We settled on a date and time for the job to be done. He called to tell me that his partner, Dale, would be doing the job. I didn't have a problem with that, and so on the scheduled date, Dale showed up at the agreed time. He finished in about an hour and 45 minutes and from what I can tell, did a fine job. So far, so good. My only nitpick -- and it's a very small one -- would be that I saw that Elite offers Angie's List members a 15% discount if they mention the ad/coupon. When he gave me the bill, which was $816 -- only $16 more than the estimate -- I told him about the discount. He said it already had been applied. I guess I thought I'd be able to get 15% off the $816. Again, it was not a big deal. If I find I need to hire a plumber again, I would not hesitate to contact Frank and/or Dale.

Frank showed up on time and began working replacing the kitchen sink faucet and sprayer.  While he was doing that, he notice the dishwasher hose going into the garbage disposal was leaking a bit.  Since it was a braided line, all that was needed was to tighten it up.  While under the sink, he inspected the garbage disposal and sink drain connections.  Stated everything was fine.  No labor charge for tightening the dishwasher hose.  I have referred him to my neighbor concerning a tankless hot water heater and he had one installed with a recirculating valve.  Neighbor is very pleased with this new hot water heater.  My son will be calling him soon for the same.

From the quoting process to the end of the installation we couldn't be happier.  Frank was knowledgeable, professional, he showed up when he said he would (always a pet peeve of mine) cleaned up and explained how the system worked as well as answering any of my additional questions.  Have had some bad experiences with contractors but this was an overall A+++ experience.  Would highly recommend Frank and this company!!

Frank was very professional and did a wonderful job.  I would definitely use him again.  The new valves he installed were much better than the original valves.

I called Frank Thursday evening when I couldn't light the water heater pilot.  He made the service call first thing Friday morning. He lit the pilot and showed me what to do if it goes out in the future.  I will call Elite Plumbing if we need a plumber in the future.

Frank was quick with assessing what was wrong, he also noted the age of the water heater and told us what to watch for, it having hit the ten year mark. And gave us a quote for a replacement if and when the time comes to repair. Great guy timely and professional.

IMMEDIATE, PROFESSIONAL, 100% EFFECTIVE RESPONSE.  I called him at 0730, and he was at the house at 0830 conducting an immediate assessment of necessary repairs.  He examined the unit, provided the required recommendation for repairs.  A new unit was installed in under 2 hours!!! That is correct, YES, under two hours, a new unit, HOT WATER!!! DON'T GO WITHOUT HOT WATER, CALL HIM NOW!! I was impressed by the fact he came out on Christmas Eve. He was honest that there wasn't much he could do that day, but he worked us in first thing Monday for a replacement tankless water heater. His work was thorough and everything worked as expected when he was done. I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
