The company was timely. They arrived when they said they would. The work they performed was outside. It was the last job of the day and by the time they got there it had started to rain. I offered for them to come back when the weather was better, but they stayed worked in the cold wet weather. They finished the work quickly.

I had a terrible problem with arranging a plumbing service for my project. I called Mr. Christensen, he came out right away and looked at the project. He told me that if he were to bring a crew out, they could finish it all up in a few days. He was very clear about exactly what he was going to be doing, he willingly explained everything to me and was very creative in his solutions. He saved me a lot of money. I was impressed by how clean he worked and how high the quality of the work was.

Platinum has done a couple of other projects for us in the past and the work is always thorough and professional. JD had no problems accomodating our tricky construction schedule and unusual plumbing requests. Definatley our choice for future plumbing projects.
