"I do not think I have ever posted a review ever, but I am going to make an exception for Honest Electrical. A few weeks ago I was trying to figure out who the installers were who installed the solar system on my house. I bought the house last year and the system had not worked since. I guess I should have had someone inspect the system before buying the house. I do not even know how I stumbled onto the guys at Honest Electric, but I am sure glad I did. It was pure luck on my part, but once they contacted me I could not believe how exceptional they were. Their customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced and having been a customer service representative I know a few things about this. Their main concern was that I knew from start to finish exactly what was going on and that I was completely satisfied. There is not enough space here to explain my gratitude so I will just close by saying AWESOME!!!!!"

The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"
