A few weeks ago I was trying to figure out who the installers were who installed the solar system on my house. I bought the house last year and the system had not worked since. I guess I should have had someone inspect the system before buying the house. I do not even know how I stumbled onto the guys at Honest Electric, but I am sure glad I did. It was pure luck on my part, but once they contacted me I could not believe how exceptional they were. Their customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced and having been a customer service representative I know a few things about this. Their main concern was that I knew from start to finish exactly what was going on and that I was completely satisfied. I have twelve years of construction experience and I like to do as much of the actual work myself, but on bigger projects I subcontractors that I have known and worked with for years. My billing procedures are very simple. I do not take money upfront unless there are special order items needed for your project. I do not expect to be paid for any work not completed and only when work is 100% and customer is satisfied will and final bill be submitted. At this time I do not offer any financing options.

We were fortunate to get ahold of 1st Response Plumbing; they came when they said they would and easily did the work that Sears couldn't. "The CHW Tech was unable to connect the air condition to the Nest thermostat because it was not registering but he was able to provide us with cool air until the previous HVAC company was able to come and fix the system the next day. I had to pay the CHW Tech for the entire service but was reimbursed by the original company that installed the furnace because they knew that this was their error."
