"I do not think I have ever posted a review ever, but I am going to make an exception for Honest Electrical. A few weeks ago I was trying to figure out who the installers were who installed the solar system on my house. I bought the house last year and the system had not worked since. I guess I should have had someone inspect the system before buying the house. I do not even know how I stumbled onto the guys at Honest Electric, but I am sure glad I did. It was pure luck on my part, but once they contacted me I could not believe how exceptional they were. Their customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced and having been a customer service representative I know a few things about this. Their main concern was that I knew from start to finish exactly what was going on and that I was completely satisfied. There is not enough space here to explain my gratitude so I will just close by saying AWESOME!!!!!"

"From the opening encounter, based on seeing their ad in the paper, to the first time a representative walked into my house until the last job was done, this company was top-notch. Blaine was very easy going and informative...the best "sales" rep a company could ask for in an employee. Steven and Steven, the install guys were pleasant,profeessional, task oriented and polite. Larry, who finished up was quick and friendly. The office staff was always attentive and prompt, friendly and followed up. I am a very happy camper."

"After purchasing a gas dryer at Sears to replace our old one, we were informed that Sears couldn't install it when it was delivered. We were fortunate to get ahold of 1st Response Plumbing; they came when they said they would and easily did the work that Sears couldn't. Derrick was great; we were really happy with the work he did and it was very reasonable as well. We will definitely use them again."
