"First, about the project. Our house is 25 years old. The weather stripping at both the front and back door was tearing loose. It needed complete repair. About the technician (Joe), what a great guy. He was on time, he was extremely friendly, and he understood the problems with the doors. He was all business, repairs and installation. His workmanship is very professional.
