"First, about the project. Our house is 25 years old. The weather stripping at both the front and back door was tearing loose. It needed complete repair. About the technician (Joe), what a great guy. He was on time, he was extremely friendly, and he understood the problems with the doors. He was all business, repairs and installation. His workmanship is very professional. "Work was ok but 1. They left a huge mess that took me 8 hours to clean up (with a broken wrist), 2. I had to hire someone to clean the high windows that they got paint on, 3. I had to pay extra to the carpets cleaners to clean up all the paint drops and 4. They ruined the remaining gallon or so of paint by leaving a roller from the primer in it, making it worthless for touchups."
