There was one issue where a roofer fell off the roof, damaging both my vehicle and the gutter, both which were fixed/repaired to my satisfaction. Sometimes things happen, but it’s how it’s dealt with that defines a company and their customer service. I have decided to hire them again to completely replace my siding. "Troy prioritized my floors and worked hard to complete the job. The epoxy finish on 1600 sq ft are beautiful and getting rave comments from everyone who sees them. Troy added an accent color at our request which brought out the rust color in the blue pine used elsewhere in the home. We are so thankful we hired someone who wanted to do the job we described. Troy also did 2400 sq ft with a stone pigment in the garage. It is beautiful and the between the two transition was so well done. The garage floor is really solid and durable. We moved a 2,000 pound safe that slide off the dolly at one point and it didnâ t dent . Again, the pigment is exact to the color sample. Troy takes pride in his work and completed the job on time and exactly on his estimate. We have worked with many contractors over the years. The success of projects often depends on who you select to do the job. Troy was 5 star in every way. And a really nice, hard working ethical contractor."
