"Long Holiday Weekend and my hot water heater quit. We had just moved in too. That should have been caught in inspection. Oh well. By chance we had HVAC repair scheduled and they offered to look at the water heater, but My Guy already squeezed us into his schedule. I'm so glad he did. His price came in lower than the HVAC service person's quote. My Guy provided options for repair vs replacement. Knowledge is power, and I feel we were given all the information up front. We opted to replace. He showed us how to operate the water heater and told us the schedule for maintenance to get the longest use of our new water heater. I highly recommend My Guy. We'll have him back again when we replace the sink and dishwasher."

They were able to send a technician out the same day and were able to fix my back up issue. "The first technician believed what we thought, that our old hot water heater was leaking. He did a very professional job and quickly replaced it. Sadly, that wasn't it. And the 2nd techincian had some ideas of cause of leak, but it's been over one week and I've not gotten any quote of ideas to fix. The first technician did such a nice job he helped out weigh the cost and 2nd guy's lack of follow through."
