"I hired Therma shield to add tinting to my homes windows. Not only was the entire crew friendly they were professional and efficient. They explained what they were doing and why. The tinting turned out wonderful, after seeing the first window completed I added additional windows to the work order that initially I did not think I would want it on. The privacy is excellent, during this heatwave the house has remained much cooler. The tint has darkened the inside of our home but with a blueish tint that we love. "I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

When the work is NOT done by the time the salesman tells you it will be, the people in Spokane will not give a crap. They will not call you back and if you keep calling them, they will twist all the words around and somehow make it your fault. The paperwork is never-ending and either lost or reaches a point of cancelation so you will have to sign them again. I have signed the same paper 4 times now and told them never to come back to my house again. I am so disappointed in this company and hope to save someone else months of misery and frustration. I have been on the phone with everyone there from the schedulers to the general manager and got no satisfaction from them. It is a horrible company and I am so sorry I even contacted by them. Wish I had known what they were like before I proceeded. Beware!!!"

The paperwork is never-ending and either lost or reaches a point of cancelation so you will have to sign them again.
