Bill Dean Mechanical Company

Bill had been warning us for a while that our furnace was going to fail.. And it did.... So for Christmas we bought ourselves a new furnace. New furnace in and old furnace out. Same day. No issues.

Great.. As always, Bill was on time. Professional, Quote for price was on target..

We called Bill at 7:00am and he was there by 8:00am.. Cold Cold morning.. The something was corroded in the pilot light. Bill cleaned and replaced the parts. We were up and running in 45 min.

Bill came same day as call. Did the repair quickly and for a lot less than other contractors. Would recommend Bill and will use again.

Bill Dean answered my phone call and was to squeeze me in after his last call. I has worse case scenarios running thru my head..That said.. Bill was able to tighten a screw on the handle for my shower- instant fix. He replaced a rubber gasket in the toilet. He was efficient, professional, and reasonable. I will always call Bill Dean for any plumbing needs.

Bill Dean was great. He explained the manifolds were worn out on all 3 faucets( bathrooms and shower). Before he replaced the manifolds he tried tightening and adjusting the faucets but the drips just kept dripping. So he replaced them all. Yea.. NO dripping!!!!!!!

Bill was great. He was able to get us taken care the next day, as it was not an emergency that worked out well. Our shower had been dripping.. He replaced the internal workings which had basically dissolved..

I'm thinking about starting a Bill Dean fan club. He was really that good. I intend to use him for all my heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical needs. You can't go wrong using Bill Dean if you want something done right.

We called Bill yesterday to let him know our garbage disposal died. He recommended several different brands for replacement. My husband went to Home Depot and bought a new one. We made arrangements for Bill to come Tuesday at 9:00. He showed up on time. He removed the ancient deposal and placed the new one. In and out in an hour.

We have had a professional relationship with Bill Dean for 5 years now and he has never let us down.

Did a kitchen remodel and had a new fridge delivered. People who delivered fridge were unable to get water to run to fridge. Bill pulled apart the old water connection and  cleaned it out with a paper clip. Problem solved. He refused to take payment for the fix.The Same day we had Bill put a new light fixture above our kitchen island. He made sure the electric box would hold the weight of the new light fixture.

Our main floor half bath just ran all the time. The joy of owing a house that is over 25 years old. We have been slowly replacing the insides of all 5 bathrooms We called Bill and he showed up after another call, as we were not having an emergency. He quickly  agreed that we needed to replace the insides of the toilet. He was in and out.

The advantage of having a working relationship with Bill Dean. We have been customers for over 4 years now. I really appreciated having someone I know and trust in my phone contacts. Thanks again, Bill

Of course, first heat wave hits and the AC unit runs and runs and runs but no cold air. Called Bill Dean and he showed up after finishing another call about an hour and 1/2 after we called. After checking he told us it was an easy fix. He replaced a part ( I can't remember the name.) AC was up and running in an hour.

Once again having Bill Dean as our AC, heating, plumbing and electrical guy makes life easy. We trust him.

Love having a long standing relationship with Bill Dean Mechanical. I broke the stopper in my bathroom sink-totally stuck, unable to use sink. When I tried to fix the sink I noticed water had been leaking under the sink.  We called Dean around 8:30, he arrived at 9:00. Explained options for repair and cost. He went and purchased the items needed to be replaced, returned and made the repairs. He was done by10:30.

Our pilot lite to our heater when out in the middle of the night. We called Bill a little after 7:30am. He arrived 8:30am. Bill cleaned the corrosion off the pilot lite(we had tried to re-lite but to no effect). He noticed one of our flues had become loose and reattached it (no charge). He than fix the toilet in the half bath which ran constantly.

We have developed a long standing relationship with Bill Dean. It is great to know we can call someone we trust. 4 years and counting. Thanks Bill......

He did a terrible job. I had to have someone else come back to finish it. He told me I needed to spend $600 on a new toilet. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

Bill was his usual professional self. He fixed my daughter's shower, something to due with back flow. He worked on the sink faucet replacing gaskets. The toilet he fixed with no charge as he adjusted the chain for the plunger.

Dean is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. The problem was promptly identified. Dean explained the issue and provided me with multiple courses of action prior to any work being done. The work was completed quickly without incident.

I did use him but I was not happy with my service call. I was having top of getting where my air conditioning was not coming out very well. He brought me to place where my entire system and it was not necessary.  And I had some due wherein made us replace the parts it cost a lot less than what he was going to charge me. That was 4 months ago and he said he was going to cost for about $4000.

As always he came to the house quickly, fixed everything and was back out the door within an hour. Great service, done efficiently. We always call Bill.

On time and professional. Knowledgeable about equipment.
