It went well, they did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

When the repairman showed up, he clearly knew his stuff. He was very familiar with the control board, and found that the previous installer had mis-wired the connections. In addition we had him clean the air conditioner's air intake system. We are very pleased with their work.

We were very pleased with them. We will have them back to do some additional work. The man who came out was very friendly and helpful. I liked his general approach to our problem. He was a good representative of the company in terms of his demeanor. It was a very positive experience. They were really good. I thought their price was quite reasonable.
