"I know Chris and his crew for over 5 years. We contracted them to do our kitchen remodeling in 2022 and several home renovation projects (including installing new windows at our home) in the last four years. They did excellent jobs on all occasions. Many contractors do good jobs but Chris’s greatest strength is that he listens to what the customer wants, finds the best options to fit the customer’s budget, and efficiently delivers the project in time with least hindrances. I am a strong supporter and advocate for local small businesses and Chris has never disappointed me. Furthermore, he is honest and reliable - during the kitchen remodeling, I left my house keys with him to come in and do the job while my family and I went away to McCall for an entire week. I strongly recommend IDAC."

"Donald was AMAZING. I purchased a home from a builder that was listed as a four bedroom, but when I inspected the home prior to closing, I realized it was a three bedroom with a bonus room. Most contractors told me they were unable to take the job because the project was too small, but Donald was eager to help (even though he typically works on much larger projects, too). He was transparent about costs and timing and worked within what he promised. "JSC was absolutely terrific throughout the process of restoring our home post-water damage. Jon from JSC communicated with us as needed, and would often respond within 10-15 minutes of a call or email. We never had an issue wondering what our next steps looked like or what we needed to do. The quality of the work and attention to detail was stellar. We have a quirky house with awkward angles, and not only did JSC restore the house, but significantly improved the lines of the house in regards to flooring, vanity, bathroom, etc. Pricing was very competitive, and the quality beat the crap out of what we've seen from previous competitors.
