We contracted them to do our kitchen remodeling in 2022 and several home renovation projects (including installing new windows at our home) in the last four years. They did excellent jobs on all occasions. Many contractors do good jobs but Chris’s greatest strength is that he listens to what the customer wants, finds the best options to fit the customer’s budget, and efficiently delivers the project in time with least hindrances. I am a strong supporter and advocate for local small businesses and Chris has never disappointed me. Furthermore, he is honest and reliable - during the kitchen remodeling, I left my house keys with him to come in and do the job while my family and I went away to McCall for an entire week. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Level One completed a couple of projects for us. First, a wood frame and siding shed was added to the exterior of our home. It included a single slope roof that stepped down below a window and custom built doors to match the original home trim and hardware. The second and major project included complete remodels of our Master and Guest Bathrooms. Demolition of the entire interiors, down to the studs in some locations. Improvements for plumbing, light fixtures, cabinetry, tile shower with frameless shower doors, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, exhaust fans, mirrors, new paint and LVP flooring. Bret of Level One provided up front detailed estimates for the work and spent several hours with us in selecting products and finishes. Adjacent areas of our home were protected. Also clean-up was done each day. Bret scheduled the work to fit our schedules, showed up on time, and finished on time too. Even after a few changes that we requested. We would highly recommend Level One and Bret for anyone considering residential or light commercial renovations."
