AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

Ken came out to inspect the unit and found that the motor wasn't bad; it had just seized. He was able to oil it and break it free from last winter's bondage. Even if it only lasted another season, it was well worth a second look from a trained observer like Ken. The cost for repair?... a service call. This is a company that is ethical, which means even though my unit is already at end-of-life, I'll be calling Ken at Air Exchange first when it's time for a whole new system! Thank you, Ken!
