He planned to come on 12/27 but problems on his current job delayed himand he eventually had to be moved to 12/28-he kept me advised throughout on the delay. He arrived as promised on Sat morn and determined that leak was more complicated with the toilet leak not repairable. He spent several hours getting replacement material/toilet and completed the job.
