"The provider, Dylan Franz, was about 45 minutes late showing up. He brought another man with him. I thought all was going well, til I stepped out to check on his progress. The roof beams of the gazebo were damaged, especially one beam. I told Dylan this wasn’t acceptable and asked him how he was going to make this right. He suggested reinforcing the beam with another board, and he would come back after I ordered a replacement beam and replace it. I didn’t know what else to do, so I agreed, and he proceeded with the assembly. He knocked on my door around 9:30 pm to inform me that all was done and to give him a call, and he’d help me repair and correct the damage. I paid him, along with a tip for him and his fellow worker. The gazebo looked complete to my untrained eye. The sight was cleaned up with no extra materials or pieces left in sight. The cardboard boxes that the kit came in were all gone, so it looked like it was completed. I was going through the manual for the gazebo a few days later to get the item number for the damaged beam when I noticed additional items that were supposed to be on the roof. I’ve ordered and paid for the missing items, and now I am facing finding another provider to correct and complete the gazebo assembly. I’m left feeling scammed and very dissatisfied with my experience."

After our move we had also noticed a damaged wine cellar valued at $3,000 with a shattered front glass. This was brought to their attention shortly after their said "7 day" guarantee to file a claim of any damaged items and they stated they talked with their guys that were the helpers and they admitted no fault, so the company said they would not cover the glass to be replaced. This is not the kind of service I would wish upon anyone paying that pretty penny price tag and to have something of value damaged and for a company to not owe up to it and to look for any escape route but then again it only hurts their reputation like this review that I am leaving will! Look elsewhere! WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY RENAMED COMPANY OF THEIRS AGAIN NOR REFER TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!!!!!"

"Tree trimming was good, but a huge pile of branches was left and never cleaned up. We received a threatening phone call saying they were going to put a lien on the house unless Bill was paid today. A bill was never received and after several months of waiting the pile of branches is still sitting in the yard. Customer service was horrible, but the skill of cutting the trees was good. We will never use the company again, and recommend using a company with better billing, customer service and management."
