As we were talking about the bridge and why it was going to be installed in the washroom (instead of the garage where the instructions suggested), he shared his experience and we solved another problem, that of the garage's GFI circuit tripping regularly. He taught us how to reset the codes too and because he'd finished so quickly, decided he'd service the door since he was there. Great guy delivering great service

Kevin did the install and was very helpful with opener options and we chose a belt drive. It is much than our old unit. He was on time and very professional. After the sale, I couldn't get the built-in transmitter to work in our Buick. Kevin was again helpful and dropped by a second transmitter to see if another would sync with our vehicle. The second didn't sync either so I called to pay for the second transmitter since I couldn't get the Buick built-in to work. He told me "no charge" and wished us a Merry Christmas. That's what I call excellent service after the sale. Highly recommend the Nampa store for all your garage door needs

I never received a written estimate or work repair order. I was told that his wife does that on Sundays and I would receive it via email. I still have not received it.
