We had a wonderful experience today with a plumber. How many people can say that? Dustin has the best plumbing expertise and awesome customer service! He fixed the main bathroom faucet and shower valve leaks. He was super careful and respectful of our home and has excellent plumbing skills, super smart and goes the distance on doing a great job and solving our issues. He double checks his work and cleans up and makes sure all is well before leaving. He truly strives for customer satisfaction. He answers all questions and addresses concerns. Very happy for the prompt and excellent service, trustworthy, honesty and reliability. Dustin is super pleasant to work with. He is a keeper. We highly recommend this company!

They evaluated a potential water leak in the crawlspace under our home, and said, after a thorough inspection, that another contractor would be needed to perform any additional work. They did not charge us anything for the time they took to evaluate the issue, or for the visit. I will definitely use them again in the future if we have a plumbing issue I cannot fix.

Our tech called another plumber to come out to help with the faucet installation. I did not know that and when he came I did not see him until much later when I heard the tech talking to someone. I thought he was on the phone. When I went to check I saw another pair of legs! I do not think it was appropriate that he invite another person into my house without my knowledge or consent. Otherwise the jobs (toilet repair and 3 faucets installed) went well..

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Called and left a message. Got a call back in 15 min, and someone came out about 1.5 hours later. I called 3 other companies before this one, and no one could get me in before the Memorial Day weekend. Our plumber, Dustin, was courteous and was in and out in less than an hour. I also appreciated that he wore boot covers in my house without me asking. Price was more than I expected, but given how quickly they came out and finished the work, it was acceptable. Would use again and recommend to others.

Very good communication throughout the process. They were not the lowest bid, but they were far more thorough than others. They were on the scheduled time, and removed the old heater, and upgrade the 20+ year old plumbing that was on the verge of failure. We would use Elevated for any plumbing need going forward.

I had a leak under the floor and my bathroom had to be gutted. Michael fixed code violations (1977 house) in the water pipes and put in my walk-in-shower pan, so far. So much more to do!!He is proactive, on time, but if he is running late, he communicates!! I trust him!

The plumber who did the job was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He got the job done in the time frame they gave, and it appears to be a quality job. We got 3 bids for this project, and Elevated was the lowest. Would highly recommend this company.
