Need help with your computer in the Spokane, WA area? I will travel to your home or business to complete repairs on-site. I can help with nearly any computer problem, including networking and server issues, virus removal, printing problems, and errors preventing your computer from starting. I am familiar with Windows, Apple, and Android operating systems, as well as many more specific embedded systems. Home automation services are available as well. I can also perform a tune-up of your computer. If necessary, I can also perform a complete clean installation of your operating system, complete with migrating your data to prevent any loss of your files. This does typically take longer, but offers the greatest performance benefit. Options are available for me to bring systems back to my shop as well, for more time-consuming jobs or to reduce impact on your business. If a new computer is in order, I can build one within your budget, that will meet your needs; anything from a simple web-browsing capability to high-performance gaming or video rendering. It will come complete with your operating system of choice. Refurbished business class systems are also available on request.

"This company conducted an onsite appraisal for work to be performed. The estimate was accepted. This proposal went from being in the middle of the pack to the most expensive without a change. When parts of the equipment were disconnected and then reconnected, major end items all of a sudden didn't operate. There is still one area that isn't operating even after being charged and paid for. Some items are glitchy which is not part of any built in latency. The company has completed what they are going to do and has left the job site. Some parts of the equipment that were replaced have been removed from the job site. For new construction or major renovation projects I might have a different opinion. My wife like the company due to its business model. When I questioned the final invoice, the company decided not to do business with me again. So much for any warranty. So which means if anything stops working, all new equipment will have to be purchased from the company that has to make the system work. No manuals were provided for new equipment purchased. I will have to attempt to locate the company on the web and its customer service department to obtain the information. The company spent a long time on site. More than the proposal estimated. I will now have to hire another company to complete the job."
