Bonney Construction exceeded my expectations at every step of the process of building my 1200 sq foot shop. Warren arranged the draftsman for the original drawing and coordinated the building permit process. Upon county issuance of the required permits, he was there for each step to hire and oversee all the subcontractors from the grading and concrete right down to the finished product. From the initial bid process, Warren presented a fair and detailed bid, and remained well within budget from start to finish. The project was completed on time as promised. Just as a side note, I was extremely impressed with Warren's attention to detail. From the quality and craftmanship of each subcontractor's work that Warren personally chose based on his experiences with these individuals, to the overall cleanness of the jobsite. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with this job. We have an incredible shop that is far better than we ever imagined it would be. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Warren Bonney Construction, but I was extremely impressed with each of the subcontractors he hired and supervised throughout the project

We purchased a Greenstone home with an unfinished basement a few years ago. Bonney constuction's complete finishing of the basement shows exceptional quality and attention to detail. The final cost was very close to estimate even though we added a few things. Warren and his friendly crew duplicated the upgraded craftsman trim we had on the upper floors as well as the beveled corners on the sheet rock and the basement integrates seamlessly with the rest of the house. This job required expertise in every phase of construction and Warren brought in the right people for each job. After seeing all that goes into a project of this type I feel very fortunate that I had a knowledgeable contractor like Warren in charge. We are beyond happy with the results and realize that what we spent is exceeded by the increase in value of our home.

Bonnie Construction drywalled and finished our 1600sq ft basement. The end result matches to our ground floor with undetectable perfect transitions. The staff was professional, curtious and explained the processes in detail.

They are fantastic. They insulated the ceiling of my 1 car wood-shop and installed a drywall ceiling. They also repaired the ceiling in our bathroom and when they finished you could not tell where the 2’x2’ patch was done. They were extremely professional with there quote. Far more than the 3 others who submitted quotes. Based on there work I had them come back and cut an opening in my shop wall and install a door so I do not need to go outside during the winter. They were great to work with and I will be using them again when I have something to be done.

WOW! Warren and Tracy did an awesome job on our floors! They installed beautiful laminate flooring in the living room, family room, hallway and office. They also installed Luxury Vinyl Tile in the kitchen/dining room, laundry room and both bathrooms. They had not done grout before with LVT, but it turned out wonderful and we were pleased beyond words. Not only did they do a fabulous job on the floors, but went the extra mile and made sure our home was structurally sound. They jacked up the floor from the crawl space in 3 rooms. Thank you - no more squeaks :) There were items not on our original bid that I had them do. They were more than generous with adding those items and priced it very fairly. If you want honest, competent, great workers with good work ethic and integrity, you won't be disappointed with Bonney Construction. Itemized billing each week, so no suprizes. Thanks for a "brand new" 12 year old home.

Warren was very good to work with on our project. He gave a fair bid, worked to the schedule, and was accessible throughout the work. He had skilled, pleasant workers who worked hard and were comfortable having around the house. We were remodeling about 900 square feet of living space and Warren was hired for hanging, finishing, texturing, and prime painting the wallboard. Despite some medical issues with his main finisher, Warren found a way to deliver timely results. We had a very good experience with Warren and will definitely consider him for future projects.
