We also had an issue with the billing. I pre-paid in advance for a year of service but apparently the Money Order that I sent was not received so I contacted the issuer of the money order and found that it had not been cashed. I contacted the main office of Senske and explained that i was waiting on a refund from the lost money order. Dealing with the issuer of the money order is a whole different issue but after 2 months I finally got my money back. I then contacted the Senske main office to pay the bill. They would not accept the full payment that we had originally agreed on and wanted the balance due for the services that I had and then pay for a full year. I tried to explain to the gentleman on the phone that I had an agreement, what happened with the money order and the service issues that I had and would like to pay the $235 or so and continue with our agreement, he said that he could not do that and that if I want to pay for the services performed then I could start a whole new years worth of service. Needless to say I paid for the services they did and asked them to not come back and that I do not want to use their service any more.
