"Awesome! Very professional & thorough. Explained othe services they provide. We will use them next week for a “move out” cleaning. I was going to try to find a housecleaning service, but now I don’t need to!"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"It went very well. They were very thorough in the work so every place got cleaned and took the time to make sure as much dirt was removed as possible. Will definitely hire again."

"Awesome and great experience. We are very happy with the service we received from Harman Family Carpet Cleaning. Scott was on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets that were long overdue for cleaning. We enjoyed Scott's friendly service and appreciated his answers to our many questions about carpet care. We will definitely hire them again."

"They were very responsive and got the work done. However, they were abrupt and in too much of a hurry when we met. Walked through my clean house with snow all over there shoes. Which I had just had professionally cleaned all of the flooring. When I returned to my house they had illegally dumped the water from cleaning my carpets down my driveway. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't ever hire or recommend them to anyone."

"It was really good. They were very detail-oriented and polite. She did a really thorough cleaning."
