"Nick and his crew are awesome! I can't recommend these guys enough. The guys worked very hard and are very professional. Nick met with us multiple times to lay out exactly what we wanted. We have had a lot of work down on our house, so we are familiar with how companies get things done. Nick was by far the best at setting and meeting our expectations. It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. There is good reason why these guys are the best. Thanks guys! We could not be happier with our new back yard!!!"
"Dylan was the GC for an ADU that I had built on my property. He was very professional and built the whole ADU faster than anticipated. The quality of his tradesmen is excellent. He is friendly and has excellent communication skills. We would nightly recommend Dylan for any construction project big or small."
"Chris was recommended to us by a friend and neighbor. He remodeled both of our bathrooms and our kitchen. Chris and his team did a FABULOUS job! Very professional, well thought out and cleaned up daily. Also, the work was completed on time.
I call Chris for EVERYTHING. He repaired the roof in barn, replaced a pressure tank in our shop and many, many projects around our house. If Chris is out of town and I have a problem, he has a referral that can come and take care of it.
Love Chris and team and we will ONLY hire them.
Lynn and Doug Lessa"
"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Kings Roofing was amazing! We had several companies bid the job but Kings took the time to inspect our house and find the best solution for us. They gave us several good options and worked with us to find the best one. They went above and beyond and even helped us fix other issues at no additional cost. They were quick and did a great job. I appreciated the great communication and pictures of the progress since I couldn't be there during the work. I was also really impressed at how well they cleaned up. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the new roof."
"Went great! we were able to rent the house we loved . Process was great and my questions were answered immediately. Cassie Ott provides great customer service and made the process easy ."
A quality concrete leveling job in Boise is immediately evident by proper drainage, with water flowing away from your home’s foundation. The surface should feel stable when walked on, with smooth transitions between slabs. Long-term success means the concrete remains level through Boise's seasonal freeze-thaw cycles and shows no recurring settlement. A reputable professional will also provide a warranty of two to five years.

In Boise, key signs that you need concrete leveling include noticeable sinking after winter freeze-thaw cycles or water pooling on surfaces, a common issue with the area's clay soils. Also, inspect for cracks wider than a quarter-inch, which indicate soil movement in the Treasure Valley. Settling caused by irrigation systems or large tree roots are other strong indicators it's time to schedule a repair.

For new homeowners in Boise, prioritizing safety-related concrete leveling is essential. Address uneven front walkways, steps, and the garage apron to prevent tripping hazards and water intrusion from snowmelt. Given the local outdoor lifestyle, leveling a patio is also a high-priority project. Additionally, many Boise residents find leveling an RV pad to be a valuable first project for secure recreational vehicle storage.

To ensure your concrete leveling project in Boise goes smoothly, start by addressing any drainage issues, which are common with local clay soils. You must call 811 to have underground utilities marked before work begins, as required in Idaho. Also, check your HOA's aesthetic guidelines and coordinate with an irrigation specialist if the work area is near your sprinkler system lines.

In Boise, ID, a small concrete leveling project like a walkway takes just 2 to 4 hours, while a medium-sized patio or garage floor can be done in 4 to 8 hours. The area's clay-heavy soils may require extra preparation time from your contractor. During the peak spring and summer season, expect to schedule your project about one to two weeks in advance.
