"From the first phone call, the owner Dennis was so prompt, responsive and professional. Austin was our carpet cleaner and was equally professional and prompt. "The operator, Tony Price provided a very professional service. At the same time, he provide quite a bit of educational information regarding septic systems. He removed his shoes before crossing our white carpet to inspect our sewer pump and was very careful to avoid backing his truck on our lawn.
