Our experience was outstanding! Elvira and her team did an excellent job cleaning our house. They met and exceeded our expectations. We recently bought a house and are moving from out of town taking a new job in Spokane. We wanted a deep cleaning before moving in and were nervous since we couldn't be onsite to see the cleaning. However our nerves were put to ease. Elvira worked with our realtor to inspect the place, do a deep cleaning, a final walk through with our realtor and family members, did an additional touch up, and sent us photos. Her focus was our complete satisfaction with the cleaning. It gave us peace of mind to know we were moving into such a clean house!

Elvira’s cleaning service is absolutely the most fabulous, detailed, professional, superb, cleaning service I have ever hired. Elvira is what she says she is. She will do what she says she will do. She did extra things like the top of my cabinets, Move my furniture, vacuumed underneath, vacuumed out my dryer and washer, dusted nook and cranny‘s on my floorboards, then scrub them with microfiber cloths, which were professional in color and standard. She uses a very very professional vacuum that she empties during her stay and reuses. She put shower curtains up for me and her assistant, Christine paid attention to every detail had no problem, moving furniture and cleaning underneath and even vacuumed out my sliding glass door. They were both so nice and so easy to get along with, they were on time and if they have to work longer, they will contact you. To Elvira, I think the working relationship is the most important thing to her. She will bend over backwards to please you and to do a good job. She is the best house cleaner I’ve ever hired in Spokane Washington. Please please hire her. You will not be disappointed. Thank you.
