John installed 2 new sets of stairs for us and they came out beautifully. The stairs had been carpeted so he had to match the existing wood on the banister. He worked on it until we were happy with the match. He also did a perfect job on the installation. John and his assistant cleaned up after themselves after every day. They vacuumed their way out of our home and even out of our driveway He communicated with us on everything to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. It was a great experience and we highly recommend Integrity Hardwood. He is professional hard working, and was always on timeâ ¦one of the nicest guys we have ever worked with.

Integrity Harwood did an excellent job on my hardwood floors. I had been disappointed in all the other contractors I had contacted until I met John. Not only was his bid price competitive, but he was very easy to work with - in both scheduling and individual needs. We encountered difficulties with warped wood under the refrigerator that John fixed expertly. I would not shop any further. The proof is in the pudding, and my floors look great!

John at Integrity Hardwood is the real deal. From start to finish, every detail was communicated and he followed through on every item of the bid. He was prompt and on schedule every day, finishing the project slightly ahead of schedule even when we added more work for him at the last minute. He is an artist with wood floors and ours is impeccable and beautiful. You can look no further if you are looking for a wood installer. We had engineered hardwood installed but have no doubt that sight-finished would be of the same quality and beauty.

This is the person you will want to do your wood floors! John was very professional and he started and finished the job exactly as stated. John Sandford from Integrity Hardwood, LLC, in Hayden, Idaho, did an outstanding job refinishing and integrating our new oak floors into our existing oak floors, totaling approximately 1600 square feet. The floor went from an older, dated looking wood floor to a beautiful, darker, contemporary and updated oak floor. He also transformed our stairs and platform from carpetinto wood. John�s quality of work was impeccable. He was neat, punctual, and pleasant to work with and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work.John�s bid was below that of his competitors and we found him to be more than fair and there were no hidden fees. We have already recommended him to someone else and he completed that job with the same integrity and skill. We cannot say enough good things about Integrity Hardwood and, again, we highly recommend John Sandford, who personally does his own work.

John Sanford was absolutely fantastic. He is the ultimate professional flooring contractor. His skill in fitting the hardwood around the log staircase was excellent. He was quite maticulous in his selection of color and pattern of the hardwood and the finished product was simply gorgous. My new floor is beautiful and makes me proud to show it off.
